Stock Audit
Compare physical count vs system count β any negative difference may indicate theft or loss
π‘ How to use: Enter the physical count you counted in the "Physical" column for each product.
The "Diff" column shows negative = missing stock (possible theft),
positive = extra stock, zero = tallies perfectly.

π§ Developer Control Panel
Only you (Developer) can see this. Controls the entire app behaviour.
π Landing Page
Choose what users see when they visit the root URL of this app.
π Storefront (Shopping Page)
Visitors see the public shop first
π Dashboard (Inventory App)
App opens directly at the login screen
π± App Identity
π Lock Frontend (Backend-Only Mode)
When locked, the public storefront will never load β visiting it always redirects straight to the Dashboard, no matter what the Landing Page is set to above. Use this to run the app as a pure backend / inventory system with no public shop.
Note: this only controls whether the public storefront loads. The Dashboard itself always requires a valid staff login regardless of this setting β that can't be bypassed.
π¨ Storefront Theme
Pick a look for the public shopping page. Switch any time per client β no code changes needed.
π Color Palette β DavDany Classic
Fine-tune zone colors for the theme selected above. Leave a zone alone to keep the theme's default.
πΌ Logo & Page Icon
Logo shows in the storefront navbar. Page icon (favicon) shows in the browser tab and on phone home screens.
Storefront Logo
π
PNG, JPG, or WebP. Square images look best.
Page Icon (Favicon)
π
PNG or ICO. A simple square mark works best, e.g. 512Γ512px.
π§ Maintenance Mode
When ON, visitors see a maintenance page instead of the storefront.
π Developer Notes (Private)

β’οΈ Danger Zone β Reset App
This permanently deletes ALL business data β products, sales, stock, customers,
vendors, expenses, returns, waste records, activity logs and online orders β
returning the app to a blank "virgin" install. User accounts, locations, and
these Developer settings are kept. This cannot be undone.
